  1. For the SKB20, I am thinking they meant to emulate Delta’s faux piston-filler idea. Basically, you opens the top knot and fools yourself and people next to you that you using a piston-filler..
    Got the 698 myself, can confirm it will fit the whole beginner line of Pilot (except the Varsity-Petit): Penmanship,78G, Metro, Prera. The nib i got was on the dry side, so I switched a Metro F in and happily kept it that way ever since.
    And I am glad to stayed my hand from from the Delike War and Peace. I got bad experience with an old Lamy CP1 stainless steel and the inner cover plastic
